When forming a LLP at least 2 designated members must be appointed, designated members have additional responsibilities to members for which they will be held accountable in law:
º Appointment an auditor
º Signing off the accounts on behalf of all members
º Submitting the accounts to Companies House
º Keeping Companies House informed of any membership changes or changes to the registered office address or name of the LLP
º Submitting, preparing and signing an annual return (Form LLP363) to Companies House
º Acting on behalf of the LLP if it is wound up and dissolved
